Free Rack Build Giveaway - Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter

The promoter of this competition is Triumph Flex (referred to as “we”, “us”, or “the Promoter”).

2. Eligibility

  • This giveaway is open exclusively to established AV integrators operating within the United Kingdom.
  • Entrants must be 18 years or older and entering on behalf of a registered business.
  • Only one entry per company is permitted unless otherwise stated.
  • Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

3. How to Enter

  • Entry instructions will be published on our social channels and/or website.
  • By entering, the entrant agrees to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
  • No purchase is necessary unless specifically stated.

4. Competition Period

  • The opening and closing dates for entries will be clearly stated in the promotional material.
  • Entries received after the closing date will not be counted.

5. Prize Details

The winning company will receive a FREE Essentials Rack Build, which includes:

  • Up to 50 internal cables
  • Cable management hardware
  • Cable ties & Velcro
  • Idents & labels
  • Blank & brush plates
  • Test & completion certificate

Important:

  • The winning integrator must supply the rack, all hardware, cabling, and any components not listed above.
  • The winning integrator is responsible for arranging delivery of all required components to Triumph Flex ahead of the scheduled build date.
  • Once the rack build is complete, the winning integrator must also arrange collection of the finished rack from Triumph Flex.
  • The prize covers labour and the items explicitly listed only; any additional materials or services are chargeable.

6. Prize Conditions

  • The prize is non‑transferable, non‑exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
  • The rack build will be scheduled subject to our availability.
  • Any additional services or materials required beyond the Essentials package will be chargeable to the winner.

7. Winner Selection

  • The winner will be chosen at random or through another method specified in the promotional material.
  • The winner will be notified via email or direct message.
  • If the winner does not respond within 7 days, we reserve the right to select an alternative winner.

8. Publicity

  • By entering, the winning company agrees that Triumph Flex may use their company name, branding, installation images, and case study content for marketing purposes.
  • Any sensitive project information will be handled respectfully and only shared with written approval.

9. Data Protection

  • Personal and company data submitted during entry will be processed in accordance with GDPR and will only be used for the administration of this competition unless consent is given for further communication.

10. Limitation of Liability

  • The Promoter is not responsible for entries lost due to technical issues, system failures, or any circumstances beyond our control.
  • The Promoter accepts no liability for any project delays, costs, or losses incurred beyond the scope of the prize.

11. Amendments & Cancellation

  • We reserve the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the giveaway if circumstances require it, including situations beyond our reasonable control.

12. Governing Law

  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England & Wales.
