Lead Audio Visual (AV) Engineer

We’re looking for a Lead AV Engineer to join our team; someone who can bring technical excellence while guiding and mentoring the next generation of AV professionals.

This is a site based role, working primarily in client locations rather than in an office environment. Standard working hours are 8:00am to 4:00pm, Monday to Friday, offering a consistent weekday routine. As many of our projects take place across the UK and EU, the role will involve a significant amount of time working away from home. While some flexibility may be required to meet project demands, the position is designed around regular, predictable hours.

The role and responsibilities:

  • Work closely with company management to support smooth project delivery

  • Install high quality, integrated AV systems across a range of commercial environments

  • Get hands on with innovative and evolving technologies

  • Mentor and support developing AV engineers as they grow in their careers

  • Lead small, focused teams to deliver projects safely, efficiently and to a high standard

Qualifications and experience:

  • At least 5 years of hands on experience installing integrated AV systems

  • Confident leading small teams of up to 6 engineers on site

  • Comfortable spending significant time away from home, working on projects across the UK or abroad

  • AVIXA CTS certification preferred, but not essential

  • Site based qualifications such as IPAF, ECS PASMA or EFAW are a bonus

  • Must hold a UK Drivers License

Salary and Benefits:

  • Salary: £36,000 - £40,000 depending on experience
